Where we ship from

Herb Terra orders are fulfilled from Singapore. We serve Singapore, Malaysia, the United Kingdom, and other supported destinations. The UK storefront is herbterra.co.uk. An order can be delivered only where a shipping option is available for its delivery address and contents at checkout.

Delivery options and charges

Available shipping options and the final delivery charge are shown at checkout before payment. International shipping is paid unless a valid offer applies. Tracking is provided when you choose an option that includes tracking. Singapore and Malaysia free-shipping promotions apply only to eligible orders under the offer terms; they do not apply automatically to UK orders.

UK dispatch and delivery

UK orders are dispatched from Singapore within 2 working days. Estimated delivery is 4 working days after dispatch, approximately 6 working days from order to delivery in total. These are working-day estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Public holidays, carrier delays, and customs processing may affect arrival.
